Surah Maryam verse 71 is intended for everyone including Muslims or only non-Muslims

Muslimcreed - Sayyidina Ibn Abbas radhiyallahu'anhuma specified that the supremacy of ahlul 'ilmi (experts of knowledge) over the believers is 700 times more crucial. This is the message of UstazFarid Ahmad Okbah in an on the internet study that discussed the Book of MinhajulQashidin in Bekasi recently.

In the Qur'an, Allah Ta'ala says:

شَهِدَ اللّٰهُ اَنَّهٗ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَۙ وَالْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةُ وَاُولُوا الْعِلْمِ قَاۤىِٕمًاۢ بِالْقِسْطِۗ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْحَكِيْمُ

"Allah declares that there's no god but Him; (likewise) the Angels and those of knowledge that support justice, there's no god but Him, the Magnificent, the Smart." (Surat Ali-'Imran: verse 18).

That is the well-informed individual in the verse over? They are the Prophets and those that consistently follow them. Particularly the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihiwasallam, he was taught knowledge straight by Allah Ta'ala.

It's said that Sayyidina Ibn Abbas radhiyallahu'anhuma once assisted someone that remained in difficulty while he himself had simply done i'tikaf and terminated his i'tikaf. He did it with his knowledge because he remembered the hadith communicated by the Prophet Muhammad:

أَحَبُّ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى أَنْفَعُهُمْ لِلنَّاسِ, وَأَحَبُّ الأَعْمَالِ إِلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى سُرُورٌ تُدْخِلُهُ عَلَى مُسْلِم, أَوْ تَكَشِفُ عَنْهُ كُرْبَةً, أَوْ تَقْضِي عَنْهُ دَيْنًا, أَوْ تَطْرُدُ عَنْهُ جُوعًاوَلأَنْ أَمْشِيَ مَعَ أَخِ فِي حَاجَةٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَعْتَكِفَ فِي هَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ يَعْنِي مَسْجِدَ الْمَدِينَةِ شَهْرًا

"Individuals that are most loved by Allah are those that are most beneficial to people. The deeds most loved by Allah are production various other Muslims happy, lifting the distress of others, paying off their financial obligations or alleviating their appetite. Certainly, I am strolling with my Muslim sibling for a I love the need greater than I'tikaf in this mosque (Nabawi Mosque) for an entire month." (HR At-Thabrani) Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'an that individuals that fear Allah one of the most are those that are well-informed (the scholars):

وَمِنَ النَّاسِ وَالدَّوَاۤبِّ وَالْاَنْعَامِ مُخْتَلِفٌ اَلْوَانُهٗ كَذٰلِكَۗ اِنَّمَا يَخْشَى اللّٰهَ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْعُلَمٰۤؤُاۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَزِيْزٌ غَفُوْرٌ

"Therefore (also) amongst people, animate moving animals and animals there are various shades (and kinds). Of the slaves of Allah that fear Him, just the 'ulama. Certainly, Allah Magnificent, Most Flexible." (Surah Fathir: verse 28)

Ibn Mas'udradhiyallahu'anhu said: "Sufficient fear of Allah is called knowledge. And enough to be tricked by not keeping in mind Allah is called stupidity." (told by Ath-Thabrani in Al-Kabir and Ibn 'Abdil Barr in Al-Jaami' ii/812).

The sign of an individual that has the deepness of spiritual knowledge inning accordance with Imam Hasan Al-Bashri which existed by Imam Al-Ajuli in the Book of AkhlaqulUlama, specifically:

1. Zuhud with the globe, specifically using the globe for the benefit of the hereafter.

2. Excited to pursue the afterlife. The Prophet once taught a relatively popular petition:

 "Allahummainnia'udzubikaminalhammiwalhazan, waa'udzubikaminal 'ajziwalkasal, waa'udzubikaminaljubniwalbukhl, waa'udzubika minghalabatiddainwaqahrirrijal."

3. Istiqamah in worship.

4. Great in dental (clean) doesn't prefer to slam individuals.

5. Don't want to consume property that's not their right. Be very careful about what you consume.

The place of redemption is spiritual knowledge. In the Book of MiftahDarusSa'adah, IbnulQayyim Al Jauziyyah contrasts the importance of spiritual knowledge and global knowledge. He said that after seeing the reality and the proof, it was wrapped up that the benefits of spiritual knowledge were 300 times that of global knowledge.
